Dispatch 

The cut off time for same day dispatch is 15:30. Order received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Our delivery is a fast and reliable service, wherever you need it.

  • SFS can offer Next Day, and in most cases Next Day Premium (pre 12/10/9am) deliveries to the majority of the UK 
  • We have carefully selected our carriers to ensure we offer excellent delivery service in our sector 
  • For any specific delivery requirements, please contact our Customer Services Team and we'll ensure we find a solution


Returns

  • Customer requested returns are subject to a standard 25% re-handling fee. SFS reserves the right adjust this figure at our discretion 
  • All returned goods will be inspected upon their return to SFS to ensure they are fit for resale 
  • Any goods returned in a poor condition may be refused credit 
  • We cannot accept returns specific items

How do you login?

Please go to www.uk.sfs.com and click on the 'Login/Register' button at the top right of the screen. You will then be prompted to provide your username and password. If you have any difficulty logging in, please email us at: ukenquiries@sfs.com

I've logged in, are these my NET prices?

Yes, excluding VAT.


How do I see my pricing?

You will need to log in to see your specific pricing. You can Log in here.


Why can I not access ConnectSuite Tools?

To see our ConnectSuite Tools, you will need a trading or non-trading account. You can register for them here.


What is a trader account?

This is somebody that has gone through our credit approval process and, either, have a credit limit with us or pro-forma. Trader accounts can purchase products directly through our website as well as accessing our ConnectSuite Tools.


What is a non-trader account?

This has all the features of a trading account, just without the ability to purchase our products. If you would like to upgrade your account to a trading account, please get in touch today at: ukenquiries@sfs.com


Can my order be delivered to site?

Yes. You can have a different delivery address to the invoice address.


Will I have access to the same amount of technical information?

Yes. All resources are available from our old site that have been transferred to the new site. You can find anything from blogs, podcasts and case studies in our Resources.


Can I request a pull out test from site?

Yes.
