Technical Services Advisor

Objectives

• Achieve targeted Technical Service Level
• Maintain a high degree of customer service with UK customer and MO stakeholders
• Actively engage and proactively support Total Quality Culture initiatives  (TQC)

• Process efficiently and effectively all customer enquiries including telephone and email
• Accurately process Project Builder requests from 3^rd parties and SFS MO stakeholders
• Preparation and provision of SFS NVELOPE overlays and associated direct  communication with the customer and SFS stakeholders as relevant
• Provide direct technical support to SFS stakeholders as instructed and supported by the Technical Manager
• To understand and embed an understanding of the relevant GB SFS Terms and Conditions and be capable in explaining these as relevant to customers and SFS stakeholder alike
• Manage own workload as agreed with Technical Manager
• Assist customers with our product range & systems and offer appropriate support to s;ect the optimum system based on their requirements
• Filing all necessary paperwork electronically
• Liaise with internal SFS departments and external sales team
• Offering a professional approach and manner with all customers and SFS stakeholders
• Assisting in any other ad hoc duties required when they arise
• Working as a team - covering absence, helping others etc.
