PowerBird® Pro Gold CAS

The GESIPA® PowerBird® Pro Gold CAS Battery Riveter is used to fasten blind rivet nuts in a wide range of materials including Aluminum, Steel & Stainless Steel. This GESIPA® PowerBird® comes supplied in a tool carry case. This tool is capable of setting both BULB-TITE® & Mega Grip Rivets if set up with suitable nose pieces. These nose pieces are not supplied with the tool but are available separately. The auto-reverse function enables a faster setting process, the PowerBird® Pro Gold Edition is immediately ready for work again. With a device stroke of 25 mm, setting particularly long rivets is no problem. Since no wear-prone brushes are used, the motor of the PowerBird® Pro Gold Edition is extremely durable, almost wear-free and reliably ensures the fastest setting frequencies. The PowerBird® Pro Gold CAS is also equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has been tried and tested a thousand times over.

Blind rivets from Ø 4.8mm up to Ø 6.3mm in all materials, and Ø 8mm in aluminum. BULB-TITE® blind rivets from Ø 4mm ,up to 5.2mm in aluminum and 6.3mm in aluminum and steel and 7.7mm in aluminum. Mega grip blind rivets 4.8mm and 6.4mm in all materials. Make sure the correct jaw pusher is used as specified in the operating instructions!
