    Dynamic 3D-F: Adjustable Hinge for Residence 7&9 Open Out

     

    • Load Capacity with 2 Hinges 100kg
    • Adjustment:
      • -2/+6mm in Height,
      • +/-3mm Lateral
      • +/-2mm gasket pressure
    • Only 3 Hinges required per sash; to be fitted 100mm from the end of the sash and one centered
    • Bespoke hinge dedicated to Residence Collection open-out door sash.
    • Dedicated jig for ease of fitting
    • Fully Adjustable
    • Maintenenace free due to self-lubricating bushes
    • Secured by Design Registered 
    • UKCA/CE Marked
    • Tested in accordance to EN 1935, surpassing over 200,000 cycles
    • Surpasses the requirement of BS EN 1670: Grade 5 Corrosion Resistance (480 hours) achieving 1000 hours.
    • Successfully tested to Pas 24:2016
